Create a visually engaging explainer video for B&Q to help learners achieve, maintain and grow their In Learning target, translating a metric-heavy internal process into something motivating and easy to understand for apprentices across the business.
The Solution
Developed a structured narrative arc that reframed the In Learning target as a personal milestone rather than a compliance measure, with character-led animation guiding viewers through each stage with clear visual cues and kinetic data moments, while the voiceover script was collaboratively refined to feel coaching-led rather than instructional.
The animation completely changed how our learners engage with their In Learning target. What used to feel like a compliance task now feels like something worth working towards.
